These ancient teachings have been ritually passed to uphold the traditional lineage teachings directly from a Hawaiian master to Kahu Sherman Dudoit. He spent ten years searching for the right person to carry on this lineage. Through this extensive process he found Dawn Charlton and linage holder (Devie’s teacher). Dawn has been chosen to teach this ancient, traditional form of massage and healing in the original form. Devie has the honour and privilege to have Dawn Charlton as her teacher.

Lomi Lomi draping is very minimal. Draping is always respectful, and in compliance with local rules. Traditionally, the chest is uncovered briefly, for some of the front of the body strokes. No part of the body is ever unnecessarily exposed.
Draping can always be modified according to your comfort level. Lomi Lomi is about the touch, it’s about the connection, not the amount of exposure. It is our priority that you feel safe and comfortable, so you can fully “let go” and to allow for complete relaxation.
